FEATURE PAGES & AUCTIONS - A Little Alexander's Auction House History

Alexander's Auction Traditions
Looking back to the old days is always fun especially for us. We
were a real American Family Antique Auction company that did
everything together from one place for 39 years. Yes, we were
headquartered from that same old place for that many years.
And yes, it was great.
The 4th of July was always special to us all and us being old
fashioned in our ways was a real part of the celebrations that
everyone, including our customers really enjoyed. We loved
cooking, selling, trading, making signs for the road and greeting
folks as they entered into the parking lot. It was all great.
The biggest auctions of the year were always the January 10th
sale, July the 4th and Thanksgiving or Christmas or both. These
were big events and everyone made things happen, had fun,
earned money and ate well.
